Job Description.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets while enhancing the company’s market presence.
Task & Responsibilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and market analysis reports to management.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
